Free printable coloring pages
Here's the secret about these coloring pages: nobody drew them. Not with a pen, anyway. Every cat, dog, hat and treasure in Catchmemeow is drawn in code — circles, rectangles and paths with bold ink outlines and flat cheerful fills, in the spirit of the P. D. Eastman and Sandra Boynton books we grew up on. There are no image files anywhere in the game. So when we wanted coloring pages, we didn't hire an illustrator; we asked the game's own drawing engine to skip the color step. It hands back just the black lines, and suddenly the art is waiting for crayons.
That makes these genuinely one of a kind. No clip art, no stock — this line art exists nowhere else, because nowhere else runs our code. Each critter comes from a seeded random-number generator, which is a fancy way of saying the wizard cat you print today is the very same wizard cat prowling the Cave in the game tonight.
You'll find two kinds of pages here: single portraits — one critter, big and friendly, good for younger colorers — and I-spy sheets, a whole crowd of cats and dogs with particular ones to hunt down before (or while) coloring.
All of it is free for home and classroom use; print as many as you like. The game these came from is free too — no ads on the game screen, no accounts, no way to lose — because the whole thing started as a dad's homemade gift for his family, and it still runs on that spirit.
Every page has a Print button that handles the fussy parts for you: the art is sized to fit a single sheet of paper, and it's already black & white, so it prints clean on any ordinary printer — no color ink, no cropping, no squinting at browser settings. Plain paper works great; cardstock if the finished masterpiece is headed for the fridge.
