The Arctic is the coldest corner of Catchmemeow, and somehow the coziest. Igloos huddle between the icebergs, auroras shimmer overhead in slow ribbons of light, and a whole happy crowd of cats has gathered on the snow as if someone, somewhere, announced free fish. One of them is the special cat you're after. The rest are just enjoying the view.

The locals set the mood. Penguins waddle past on important penguin business, a polar bear lumbers through without hurrying for anybody, and Wally the Walrus lounges like he owns the ice (honestly, he might). And if you're very lucky, the legendary Abominable Snow-Meow will make an appearance. It's a gentle sort of cold up here β€” nothing to lose, nobody rushing you, nothing that bites. Just snow, whiskers, and the quiet satisfaction of a small person pointing at the screen and announcing there!

What to look for in the Arctic

Beyond the special cat of each round, this world tucks five treasures of its very own into the snow β€” little tappable secrets that wait patiently until somebody notices them. (A few well-traveled friends like Penny the Pug and Cameow Sandiego wander through every land, but these five are true Arctic locals.)

Tips for grown-ups

One more thing…

A small secret between grown-ups: real penguins live at the far southern end of the planet, nowhere near the Arctic. Ours clearly waddled north for the party. If your little one grows up to correct this someday, we'll consider our work done.
